What are the shipping options and costs within the USA?

We offer two shipping options within the United States:

Complimentary Standard Shipping: Delivered in 5-7 business days - Free

Expedited Shipping: Delivered in 2-3 business days - $100

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States.

When will my order be shipped?

As each Golden Vault piece is meticulously crafted, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress on the carrier's website.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, items must be in pristine, unworn condition and returned in their original packaging.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our Client Services team through our Contact Us page within 14 days of delivery.

Will I receive a full refund?

You may receive a full refund if you cancel your order before the production stage is complete and before shipment. If you cancel after production or shipment, a restocking fee of $100 and original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Are there any items that are non-returnable?

Yes, for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty. Customized or bespoke jewelry pieces and items marked as "Final Sale" are also non-returnable.
